WSRF Service Groups

This module implements the WSRF Service Group specification 1.2 (draft 2). The implementation consists of 4 parts:

An API for creating and managing service groups and service group entries.
A service which implements the ServiceGroupEntry port type.
A provider implementation of the ServiceGroup port type which services may use to handle the ServiceGroup-related resource properties.
A provider implementation of the ServiceGroupRegistration port type which services may use to handle the ServiceGroupRegistration-related operations and resource properties.
