Workflow management with CoG

Dear All:

	Based on on a note from Marcus Lorch I am happy to announce the 
integration of Java CoG within the Symphony project.

Symphony is a framework of java beans that abstract grid resources
and allow for the creation of metaprograms through a GUI.
(graphical programing using the data flow paradigm). Symphony beans
can be used without a GUI e.g. in a web-portal environment and
deliver high level services for data and control flow management.

It uses the Java COG heavily but is easily extensible to support
other grid environments.

The current release is just an interim for some interested parties
to take a look and for us to get some feedback.
