Dear Leonardo,

The best place to point you at is the MPICH-G2 web page (www.globus.org/mpi).  
There is a lot of information there (too much to go into over email) 
describing how to acquire/install MPICH-G2 and then a section on how to run
your MPICH-G2 jobs (including a small MPI application to test your
installation and a small hello, world program to help you debug
your installation in case you run into problems).

Please visit that page and follow the instructions there.  If you 
have any trouble send us email.
