GSI-OpenSSH 3.9 Major changes

   New features

      * Upgraded to OpenSSH 4.5p1.

      * Upgraded to HPN12v14 patch from
        <http://www.psc.edu/networking/projects/hpn-ssh/>.

      * Added sshd_config GssapiCredentialsPath option
        (http://bugzilla.ncsa.uiuc.edu/show_bug.cgi?id=348).

   Bugs fixed

      * None.
